Health Facilities Management (HFM), the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and the Association for the Healthcare Environment of the 91°µÍøºÚÁÏ surveyed a random sample of 14,112 hospital department managers to learn about trends in health care compensation. The response rate was 12.6 percent, or 1,772 completed surveys.
